Steven Glickman is the Chief Financial Officer for the Town of Addison, Texas.  He was named to that position in March of 2020.  Steven oversees all facets of the Town’s financial activities including accounting, budget, financial reporting, debt management, treasury, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, utility billing, and risk management.  Steven is an active member of the Government Finance Officers Association of Texas (GFOAT) and serves as co-chair of its Governmental Affairs Committee.  Steven is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Government Finance Officer (CGFO).

Prior to joining the Town of Addison, Steven served as the Assistant Chief Financial Officer for the City of Allen, Texas, where he led the accounting and purchasing divisions.  Overall, Steven has served over fifteen years in local government in the State of Texas.  Steven earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas.  Steven and his wife, Natalie, reside in Argyle, Texas with their two children, Rowen and Ezra.
